Hindsight 2020

No doubt, 2020 was quite the year! You only have to look at the number of memes and quips to see that most of us had one of the worst years we can remember...

While it is easy to be despondent about all the things that happened or didn’t happen, I think the most important question or rather reflection is…so what? What did I, or can I learn? I’m not suggesting that anyone individual could have changed COVID-19 or the economy, etc. Rather, what could I learn from the time in ‘lockdown’? What could I learn from the economy impacting my role/business in the way it did? Can I be objective enough to create some separation to observe, reflect and define how I can grow from this adversity?

With these reflections…what are the two or three changes I can make to grow? Not easy... I’m still working on my list...food for thought!
